SPIRIT ANIMAL WITH JUCIFER AND A LIFE ONCE LOST!

Greetings from the Spirit Realm! This Monday we have a show at KFN that makes our Animals go ape shit. You see, in what would seem to people on Earth like a more than a few years ago in EarthTime (while for those living in the Spirit Realm could very well be mere seconds ago or an entire Earth Lifetime ago), we once bore witness to both Jucifer and A Life Once Lost and cosmic synapses in our brains were formed. Jucifer was seen in a small room known as Cafe Metropolis where they played in front of a wall of amplifiers that went completely from top to bottom and left to right in the room. Then catastrophic sounds were produced and you can't ignore vibrations like that, it's what formed and holds together our universe. A Life Once Lost was seen in some kind of small room where the owner seems nervous the entire time. And from what we saw he probably should have been. On Earth I saw alot of people dancing, we even like to dance (to all kinds of music), but I have never been more terrified to dance on Earth than when we saw A Life Once Lost. I had to leave my Earth body motionless and transport myself to the Spirit Realm so I could fully take in the scale of what was happening and not harm my Earth body. Now this Monday July 16th we will all be colliding for a dangerous spiritual vibrathon hosted by A Life Once Lost as part of a Monday Residency for July at Kung Fu Necktie.. def check them out again July 30th when they will be hosting a band I could write a whole entire other blog post about how awesome they are...Fight Amp.

The Spirit Realm is growing exponentially and there is very little any Earth person could do to stand in the way.  You may scroll down and see the Spirit Animal trip to SXSW video. In it you will see a few fine gentlemen from The Veda Rays. We think they must be from the outer space around your planet Earth because we cannot find them in the Spirit Archives yet they are unmistakably not Earthlings. No coincidence they are bringing a band called "Dead Stars" to town then and requested that (rumoured half alien) K.Rex will spin records between bands and after. What a Wednesday!

Yo Earth Realm... our very good friends BITBY our throwing a show Friday March 9th as a send off for their and our journey to SXSW...

  

This show is at the brand new BITBY spot on 2424 E. York St. Be sure to check out the new space, we heard it's really spectacular (for Earth). Following this show we will be making a drive across a bunch of states in America to Austin, TX for SXSW where will be playing a showcase for them with other bands from Philadelphia that are fucking awesome like BREAK IT UP and OH! PEARS

Then when we get back....

Our version of "Hybrid Moments" by The Misfits, which apparently has been covered by Green Day and a bunch of other bands that have pissed off Misfits fans all over the internet. We can't wait to join the crowd along with PLS DNT STP and ACTUAL RECORDS!!!

Spirit Animal CD Release Show @ 180 Grams - KFN Philly

We finished recording the SUPERMOON EP. And our ready to present it to the Earth massive. We consulted with the Spirit realm about the packaging and what essential Spirit items should be included. We were duly informed of the general Spirit needs of our people and instructed to give away 50 packages to the first 50 people at our next show.  Now in collaboration with Aaron Ruxbin of Actual Records we will be presenting our cd release show at his 180 Grams Party at Kung Fu Necktie. 

 

Flyer art was dutifully and beautifully done by Dan Kress and then colored in via a Spirit trance by Daniel Aaron Ezekiel-Jones Karo
